The Arc de Triumphe on Victory in Europe Day

I went to the Arc de Triumphe with Mom on Dad on Victory in Europe Day. It's a public holiday where they remember the end of World War II in Europe.

At the Arc de Triumphe they remember the people who fought and died for France.

There is a soldier from World War I buried under the arch.
The French President put flowers there in the morning because of Victory in Europe Day.

The fire is never supposed to go out.
